Acceptance and scope

These terms govern your use of the Capital Complex website, educational material, live sessions, community spaces and mentorship offers. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or offers.

Capital Complex provides trading education and community content. We do not operate a brokerage, hold client money, execute trades for you or guarantee access to any third-party evaluation, funded account, brokerage or prop-firm program.

Education, not personal advice

All material is provided for general educational purposes. It is not personal financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs. You remain responsible for your own decisions, research and trading activity.

Do not treat content, charts, examples, live commentary, indicators, community messages or mentorship discussions as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or trade any financial product. Consider obtaining independent advice from an appropriately qualified and licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Purchases, access and third-party platforms

Current pricing, billing frequency, inclusions, cancellation settings and access conditions are shown at the relevant Whop checkout or application page. Check those details before paying. If there is a conflict between a website summary and the checkout terms for a purchase, the checkout terms and applicable law apply to that purchase.

Whop, Typeform, Discord and other third-party platforms operate independently. Your use of them is subject to their own rules, availability and privacy practices. We are not responsible for outages, account decisions, payment processing, platform changes or third-party conduct outside our reasonable control.

Your responsibilities

You must use our material lawfully and respectfully. Do not share paid content, login access, recordings, indicators, templates or community material with others unless we expressly allow it. Do not impersonate another person, misuse the community, harass members, post unlawful content or attempt to disrupt the site or services.

We may suspend or remove access where we reasonably believe these terms, community rules or applicable law have been breached. This does not limit any other rights we may have.

Intellectual property, liability and changes

Capital Complex and its licensors retain ownership of the website, branding, recordings, education materials, indicators, graphics and other content. You receive only a personal, non-transferable right to use purchased material for your own learning while your access remains valid.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect loss arising from your use of the site or educational material.

We may update these terms or site content from time to time. The updated terms apply from publication. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
